All goods ordered from the Belovely Website are sent out under plain cover with no logo.
We aim to be environmentally friendly, using biodegradable and reusable packaging wherever possible.
Our delivery charges and the time it takes our products to reach you vary according to the item ordered and the delivery address you specify.
Delivery will be to the UK or international address specified in your order. Some orders may require a signature. If you have requested Next Day Delivery, our goods will require a signature to confirm receipt at the delivery address. If you are out at the time of delivery a note will be left to advise where you can collect your order.
All risk in the items you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.
Postal charges are subject to change. Our Website Delivery Policy will display the current rates.
We offer the following delivery arrangements based on how quickly you want your goods and whether you are ordering from within or outside of the UK.
Please note that orders for any Silique products from our Website will be despatched to you separately by courier.
First Class Post (UK DELIVERY ONLY)
£3.99 Flat Rate for orders up to £150 and FREE for orders over £150.
Items are sent out by First Class post so you can expect your order within three to five working days, subject to Royal Mail couriers meeting their delivery timescales. We may require a signature on delivery. We will aim to despatch goods ordered before 1.30 pm on the same working day where possible.
Next Day Delivery Guaranteed - (UK ONLY - NOT guaranteed on Saturdays)
£6.99 Flat Rate for all order values
If you need your goods in a hurry, this delivery option guarantees you will have your order the following working day before 1.30pm. A signature on delivery will be required.
Please note this only applies to orders placed before 1.30 pm on the day of ordering. After this time the order will be sent the following working day.
International Postage Charge
Delivery outside the UK will take place between seven and ten working days. This does not include bank holidays or weekends. A signature on delivery will be required. For customers ordering outside the UK, the following flat rate charges will apply:

Worldwide Destinations - £9.99
International Delivery
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our items may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. We reserve the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.
Purchases will be made in pounds Sterling and inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.
Our products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details before placing an order for international delivery
Delays
Occasionally, the supply of your product(s) may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control – for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Should this occur, we will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure and in relation to delivery, time shall not be of the essence of the contract.
If an item ordered is out of stock, you will be notified of the delay. In these circumstances we will endeavour to despatch your goods within fourteen working days, unless you inform us that you no longer wish to continue with the order.
No Hassle Belovely Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, Belovely Designs offers a fourteen day returns and exchange policy. This is notwithstanding the provisions set out in the Distance Selling Regulations. For UK returns and exchanges we offer Freepost Returns on all products, except breast forms. Simply use the returns label on the Delivery/Returns Note sent with your order and use Royal Mail to return the goods to us. We are happy to exchange or refund unwanted items, provided they are returned to us in a resellable condition within fourteen days of delivery.
For UK exchanges, If you exchange an item to the same value we will pay for the delivery costs, sending out your exchanged goods by second class post.

Please note that Freepost does not apply to overseas returns. Such returns should be returned at your cost using your chosen overseas carriage service.
